1.3. Top AM does not provide the statistical data source gathered by services to the third party and secures the access to that data.

1.4. Top AM services fix the visitors IP address solely for the reasons of identifying the unique visitor, preserving its anonymity and identifying the visitor’s geographical location up to city accuracy.

1.5. Top AM services use cookies serving solely for identification of unique visitor.

2. Participants security warranties

2.1. Top AM guaranties the service participants that the statistical data of their web resource are kept confidential. Third party will not have access to the source data and statistics, unless ordered or approved by the participant.

2.2. Top AM does not modify the primary statistical data, as well as, does not change the statistics derived from that.

2.3. Top AM has the right to use the aggregate statistical data of the participants’ sites for marketing researches and global statistical analysis. The research and analysis are based on the aggregate data, which does not allow reflecting information about a specific site of a participant.

2.4. Top AM guaranties to keep the participants registration information confidential. Third party will not have access to and will not be provided with the registration information.
